The company’s dividend policy is based on the following basic principles:

If there is a surplus in the company’s annual accounts, after paying taxes in accordance with the law and making up for the accumulated losses, another 10% shall be raised as the statutory surplus reserve, but when the statutory surplus reserve has reached the amount of the company’s paid-in capital, it may not be raised, and the rest shall be raised or reversed in accordance with the provisions of the law. If there is a balance and the accumulated undistributed earnings are accumulated, the board of directors shall prepare a proposal for the distribution of earnings and submit it to the shareholders’ meeting for a resolution to distribute dividends and dividends to shareholders.

When the Company makes provision for special surplus reserve in accordance with the law, for the amount of net increase in fair value of investment real estate accumulated in the previous period and the net deduction of other equity accumulated in the previous period is insufficient, the Company shall first withdraw the same amount of special surplus reserve from the undistributed surplus of the previous period from the undistributed surplus of the previous period before the distribution of the surplus, and if there is still a shortfall, the amount of items other than the net profit after tax for the current period shall be included in the undistributed surplus for the current period from the net profit after tax for the current period plus the net profit after tax for the current period.

The dividend policy of the Company is to distribute dividends to shareholders every year in accordance with the current and future development plans, taking into account the investment environment, capital needs and domestic and foreign competition, taking into account the interests of shareholders and other factors, and taking into account the impact of earnings distribution on the overall operation in the future.
